Greetings Sapience,

As I'm sure most are aware the city-state of Ashtan has been currently
building an arena much like the one in Delos. I am most happy to
announce it has finally been finished and it now opened for use!

Our Cultural aides have set a fee of 5gp per level to use the Arena for
dueling but this price is not firm and might be lowered in the future.
The fee is to cover expenses we pay for the Arena and also to raise
funds for features such as Free for Alls and other Arena games. So the
more you use the Ashtan Arena, the closer we'll get to being able to
hold the Free for alls most of you have asked me to open.

The Arena is designed to be an old Temple. There is several sections
with different kinds of rooms. There is the temple itself, cave rooms,
jungle rooms and also a small Lake. I hope you will all enjoy looking
around it and discovering a few secret's and surprises that we also
placed.

I would like to thank everyone who helped with making it possible. A
huge thankyou to Lady Khepri and her imps and gnomes, Lord Varian and
the others in the Garden who helped with it's building. Bragon and Ysni
for the gracious donations and also all the others who contributed with
even the smallest of donations. And also everyone who was in the Ashtan
Planning Committee team - Ysni, Bragon, Melicent, Oceania, Mercutio,
Alamar, Aquinas, Utansi and myself who did all the room designs and
mapping.
