It would seem from your own thershold did I recieve these misgivings. I
was told by your own citizens that the referendum had closed and it was
decided these people would be exiled. I also confirmed this with one of
your viziers.

Ashtan is far from dying, in fact our citizen listing has not dwindle
much at all since the loss of Guilds. Ashtan is a city of diversity and
will continue to welcome people from all backgrounds, races and classes.
It is our spirit which keeps us forever glorified.

So in fact Sir Koujin, I never lied to gain members for my so called
'dying city'.

All I wished to do was welcome anyone who has been exiled and even those
who haven't to the city of Ashtan. I have recieved many messages and
tells from people from all places in thanks for that. And I still extend
that welcome.
