There's a new problem lurking about in the recesses of the world.

Those of the highest ranks of visionary are able to see everything you
hold, with accurate detail as to its subtle differences with the other
things you hold.

Utansi has been tricking the less mentally agile of the world, myself
included, into handing over items against their will.

The general method is to use his visionary to find your objects, then
hand you his artifact vials which will return to him without fail, and
then tell you to hand back a certain number, which you think is his
artifact vial. However the item number is almost always something of
value to you.

If Utansi hands you something, anything at all, keep it, and don't
respond to him. If he offers you a fight for it back, don't bother, he
has no right to attack you unless you attack him, seeing as he gave it
to you or you gave it to him.
