Post-Haernos-5th, a general amnesty has been issued to individuals
charged with physical assault and battery. In other words, everyone now
has a clean slate.

Please keep in mind that while RL tends to extract penalties from the
direct offender, should said offender choose to involve others (or the
assets of others), RL will most likely have to plow through the
assistance the offender has drawn upon in order to enforce our laws. In
addition, though RL respects the laws of any other entity, in these
cases RL policies are given priority. Thus, one should think long and
hard before deciding to call upon his or her family, friends, clan,
etc., when he or she was the initial aggressor.

Current Public Legionnaires consist of:

Alastra
Delak
Mephiston
Spirokai

Should a private RL modify his or her status to reflect 'public,' or if
any additional names are added, RL will generally update the populance
as increases in the roster are made. However, there may be some
exceptions (such as war time) in which an RL public will first be
introduced (to the enemy) physically, and after the novelty has worn off
(approximately a few Aetolian months) may RL notify the rest of Aetolia
of its latest addition.

The Legion has not finalized its policies regarding Legionnaire
responses to its member's non-RL non-business relationships. There is no
set procedure as of yet, but we nonetheless encourage the public to
exercise reason and rationale in all confrontations.

As of one Aetolian month after this public post, any continued attacks
will be incapable of being accreditted to ignorance of identity.
