Recently, there have been a lot of rumours and misunderstanding
concerning our Order, our actions and beliefs. Although my fellow Hunt
brothers and sisters have patiently explained our stance, both in public
posts or private discussions, there are still many who are misled and
confused. I hope to dispell these rumours once and for all.

First issue concerns the visit of someone who claimed to be a messenger
of Lleis. For the record, we are _NOT_ against the re-awakening of the
Goddess Lleis. We, like every mortal, welcome the great presence of
another divine being in the land. Some have been wondering about our
involvement in the Tree, a condition mentioned by an unproven messenger.
The truth is that we, as an Order, do not take any interest in the state
of any Landmarks across the land, including the Tree. If anyone has more
evidence, from reliable sources, on what is to be done to effect the
awakening, we are more than willing to help.

The second issue concerns the culling of the forest. The concept of
culling has been explained and elaborated by my Hunt brothers before so
I will not go into the details here. The conclusion is that culling has
been done by Sentinels long before the visit of the unproven messenger.
It is a necessary step to take to ensure the greater health of the
forests and Nature. It does not destroy the forest locations, only the
commercial herbs planted there. It helps tremendously against the spread
of forest fires. Commercial herb prices are not affected as there are
enough planted herbs in the wilderness right now to support hundred
times the population of Aetolia.

If you are still unable to grasp the idea of culling, feel free to
discuss it with us in private. But for the sake of Nature, Culling will
continue, like it has been for the past twenty years.

PS. While we have been trying to carry out our duties peacefully, in the
past there have been instances where we were prevented, or ejected from
locations by those who do no understand the concept. Please note that
any rites, vibes, traps, or other means that prevent or block us from
performing our duties are considered an aggression. And we WILL defend
ourselves against such aggression.
