It seems some, if not all, the Occultists have a new found respect for
the Divine. In light of this change, I offer a response to the
accusation of Me invading the Chaos Plane, the only accusation which has
a hint of truth to it.
The shaman Magumba, in response to the various harm the wilderness of
the world has faced of late, has delved into the rituals and mysteries
his tribesmen once mastered. Combining the powers of metamophosis and
domination with his partial understanding of the old shaman rituals, the
spirit of a jaguar was summoned and attempts were made to hold it in
physical form long enough that it might be spoken with.
This communion with the jaguar, the powers of which are celestial and
otherworldy to explain only briefly, did not go as planned. The spirit
quickly departed, tearing a temporary rift into the Chaos Plane which
was known as the Porth Anhrefn. A number of jaguars, existing more as
shadows than beasts in this plane, wandered for a time there acting on
the hunger for death that filled them.
My Order did take this opportunity to lay traps for certain enemies, and
in this the claims of My 'unnatural' interference are partially
justified. In the hours which followed, it came to be that Ikne entered
the Chaos Plane fleeing pursuers. I have been accused of directing this
attack, but in fact the existence of the Porth Anhrefn was revealed by
another, whose mastery of stealth has earned him/her the right to remain
nameless.
This is My response to a number of apologies I have received. Perhaps
this will set some minds at ease - I have no interest in the realm of
decay and death that the Occultists seem to cherish so deeply. Yet, do
not assume that My realm cannot touch on such things, and more
importantly do not try to dictate such a thing to a God ever again.
