What know you of this as a threat. Have the memmbers of this city of
bloodloch and it's vampires come to your town, stalked your woman, and
murder your children. Have they run off with your citizens and merchants
to drink from them toe blood of life? 
How can you show such predijice against a group that has clearly done
nothin g to you, your Patron, or your city as a whole.
I feel in agreement with Abhoraash in this sense that you should
rethink your attack upon a race because of it's existance.
No proof has been given that they have sucked the blood of your people.
