Just a few thoughts

Let me tell you all a little story. There was once this young man who
was led to believe he could destroy areas of the land and suffer no
consequences. Since all actions have consequences, he did suffer the
consequences of his own actions. Has he even once taken responsability
for his own actions? The answer is no, he hasn't. Instead he chose to
start a "war", claiming tyranny, blinded by his own anger and desire for
revenge, or maybe simply boredom. Many words have been said, some out of
anger, others after serious thinking. What came out of it all? nothing,
nothing has changed.
There is something else I have been pondering for a while, who are his
actions hurting? Duiran? or all of us? The answer should be all of us.
Duiran does not own Ulangi or any of the land, it has simply sworn to
protect it. Most of us have been on Ulangi before, either to enjoy the
view, quest or simply find a few moments of peace. The actions of one
man can drastically change the scenery there and yet this is seen as a
Duiran only matter.
As Aetolians, we have been given a beautiful land and that is a
privilege, not a right. When one man is allowed to destroy something
that should be dear to all of us, it should be an Aetolia matter and not
only a Duiran matter. His actions affect all of us, not only Duiran and
I urge you all to take some time and think about this. I am no longer a
member of Duiran and I still feel deeply concerned by this.
I haven't been brainwashed into thinking the way I do. I am concerned
about what is being done to our land as we should all be. Please do not
bother replying to this post if all you have are insults, they will not
be heard.
Sincerely,
Freya Brisingamen
