Infernals

Since the matter has been brought to public attention at last, I feel it
is time to throw my two gold soverigns in after I have been silent all
this time. The word "honour" is being batted around by both sides as if
it is some sort of game, and yet there is only one side of this
controversy that truly understands the definition, and it is not the
side that _should_ know.

One by one, the Infernal guild is losing it's foundation. It began with
Mersalis, it was started up again by myself, and now you see that the
Infernal guild is losing every brick it relied upon to hold up the wall.
Anasses, Zephy, and Tarleich .. three very prominent members of the
guild .. have all left, and many more dislike what they see happening.
In reality, there are no longer any original founders left in that
guild, the dreams I held, and the dreams the original council held, have
not been met. They have been destroyed. The Infernals as a guild has
turned into a mass of blubbering idiots. The words "evil" and "honour"
to them means finding out how many times they can bend PK rules without
Divine Intervention. What the Infernal guild is left with is mainly
members who are barbarians and thugs, though there are a select few who
have their head on straight.

Will the Infernals die out? Of course not. There will always be a new
wave of newbies enamored by the help scroll who have no knowledge of the
disease the Infernal Knights are plagued with, willing to join the ranks
to grow strong and continue a false tradition. Of course, those newbies
will find themselves inable to go past squirehood, for very few that do
not kiss Elisandria's behind are actually knighted. In my time, the only
new Knights I ever saw in recent times were those who were the
favourites of Elisandria. Be that as it may, the Infernal guild will not
die. No, no, it will just slowly suffer, which perhaps is better than
nothing at all.

To Koujin and his beloved Elisandria .. You have no right to speak of
honour when you break your own laws. Re-read your law scroll, because
you seem to be lacking common sense. You both teamed a _novice_ WITHOUT
WARNING while she was hunting goblins in Azdun, a novice who could not
even stand up to the might of you, let alone both. And do not claim
innocence, because I know the story. You, Koujin, blocked the exit,
keeping her from escaping while Elisandria attacked. She was killed by
the goblin she was fighting at the time, of course, but your presence
there did not help. Why was she killed? For shouting things that were
not to your liking, though not vulgar insults. Instead, she shouted
things that you should've listened to. Who was this young girl? Your own
niece, Koujin, someone you could've spoken to if you did not like what
she was shouting, instead of needlessly slaughtering her. And not to
mention, it is also illegal in your guild to attack anyone without prior
warning, unless that person is a guild enemy. But I guess you bend those
rules to your own liking.

I stay in Ashtan at my own choosing, because I know at this point in
time I can't stand up to you, Koujin, and you are the only one besides
Zephy who has tried to hunt me. I do not have artificats, I do not have
the knowledge that I should, and I am not an idiot who roams outside
when danger is lurking. I have told the guild once, I will not fight
them, I will not hold my sword up to them, I merely want to move on with
my life. It is your grudge that keeps you from leaving me be, from
leaving me to live my own life while you concentrate on your sick,
pathetic guild. But the kicker is, you wanted me gone. Are you upset,
then, Koujin, that I left from my own choosing, and was not outguilded
when you whined? Poor, poor baby.

The moral is here, folks, do not speak of honour when you do not even
begin to uphold your own words. And welcome, Zephy and Tarleich, to mine
and Mersalis' world, the world of so-called traitors. We have so much
fun here, but unlike the guild you left behind, we know what true honour
means.
