Spirokai's description of how enemy status to Duiran works for Sentinels
and Druids is not acccurate. Any Druid or Sentinel who is enemied to
Duiran loses the ability to harvest. I have tested this.

It is true that the skill itself is not lost. However, the ability to
use it is.
