Currently, Renegade Legion has opened its both its private and public
roster to the general public for a talent draw. Several key items should
be noted:

1) In order to apply for membership, one merely needs to initiate
contact via tells or messages (if you are commencing contact via
messages, a simple 'Hello, I'm interested in what you have to offer' or
something related will let us know you are interested). Once the first
relay is received, more secure forms of communication will be forged to
increase the applicant's safety.

2) There are two types of membership: Private and Public. Private
members assist the Legion in indirect ways such as information and
materials acquiration. Public members are combat-ready Legionnaires
prepared to fight for the organization. The two are very distinct, as
public members are usually cut off from information and materials
acquiration, and private members cannot fight for fear of revealing
their Legionnaire status.

3) RL currently recommends that one has acquired class (Guildrank 3)
prior to joining to eliminate the risk of losing one's class abilities
(thus absolving much of your usefulness to the Legion)
3b) Should you lack class but still desire to join the Legion, please
note that your willingness to potentially risk your class will be
registered in your favor. However, if you do not currently possess
class, the Legion suggests that you not apply for public (combative)
membership.

4) Standard protocol dictates that private members' identities never be
disclosed, not even to each other. This means that there may be
instances in which private members come to clashes with one another, not
knowing the other is also a Legionnaire. Rest assured that we have
contingency plans for this sort of incident, and you needn't worry about
inner fighting.

Once again, RL is an organization primarily based on power and profit.
Upon joining, applicants may be required to re-align their values in
accordance to the Legion's stance(s). Members will gradually be educated
in the details of power play, intelligence work, and other skills that
bring value to the overall worth of the individual. We realize that
giving off this semi-intimate policy information may potentially result
in increasing difficulty for those wishing to join RL to succeed in
their goals due to countermeasures implemented by Legionnaire opponents.
Nonetheless, the Legion is looking for those competant and able to adapt
to circumstances, and view the added difficulty as an additional tool to
filter out the unsuited. Further details are available to applicants.
