Due to the non-payment of taxes of a former merchant, a shop has opened
for sale in Delos. I will be auctioning this shop off via the lottery
system. Tickets will be 1000 sovereigns each in the lottery. The winner
of the lottery will be expected to pay 150,000 for the shop within a
year of the end of the lottery.

In an effort to bring a diversity of merchants to Delos, only those who
do NOT possess a shop in Delos are eligible to enter the lottery.

The shop being auctioned is northeast, east, then northeast from the
bridge into Delos.
