Greetings, Aetolia. I hope the time of this reading finds you well. I
have informed many of my impending absence, and have taken many steps to
leave those things in my care in good hands while I am away. In the
meantime, this has given me some breathing room, and some time to
refocus my attention. It is my hope that before I go, the fruits of my
personal labor, and that of my closest friends, will be unveiled.

I am posting a request for those interested in the education of the
young. And I mean the true education of the young. I am not interested
in guild teachers, or people with transcendant training in formal
skills. I am looking for those of you who have true talent in this
realm. I am looking for the pathfinders, the historians, the combat
experts, the true lore masters, and true talent of the realm, who have
an interest in passing on their knowledge and expertise to the coming
generations. I want those of you who know what it means to think outside
the box, and who actually practice it. I am looking for the skills which
cannot be simply purchased.

Many of us have devoted a great amount of time in our lives to expanding
our true knowledge and experience of and in the realm. I personally
think it is all for naught if we do not pass this experience on to the
new up and coming generations. Every leader, and every teacher, aspires
to see their followers excel beyond themselves. This is inherant in one
who is a true leader. I wish for the future of Aetolia to be even
brighter than the present. I have seen the vast amounts of skill in this
realm, but I also see that it can be improved. If you are eager and
willing to pass on your knowledge to the young of the realm, to improve
all of our futures, regardless of class, clan, city, and family
differences, then I am eagerly seeking your aide.

skills you think would be good for the young of the realm, please
contact either myself or Alistair with the following information:
- What skills do you think you could pass on?
- What skills are needed in the realm, but often lacking?
- What skills are needed in the realm, and somewhat lacking?
- What skills are needed in the realm, but already well covered through
guild and other instruction?

All of this information will be compiled and utilized by myself and
Alistair in the formation of our new establishment. I hope that there
are others out there as interested and concerned on this topic as we
are, and that will be willing to lend us aide.
