To the Leaders of Spinesreach's Allied Organizations,

The Chancellery of Spinesreach is pleased to extend an invitation to Spirean-aligned organizations currently in good standing with the Theocracy, such as Divine Orders, to participate in an upcoming shop auction. Spirean citizens are still welcome and encouraged to participate.

The property, presently known as Another Place, is located at v12684 within the city of Spinesreach.

Bidding will begin at 100,000 gold sovereigns, with the auction running for seven consecutive weeks. All bids should be submitted directly to me via message, and the auction will follow the established guidelines outlined under HELP AUCTION.

Updates on bidding activity will be provided weekly via message throughout the auction, informing interested parties of the highest standing bid and allowing them an opportunity to respond before its conclusion.

I encourage those interested in establishing a commercial presence within Spinesreach to consider this opportunity. Should you have any questions regarding the property or the bidding process, please do not hesitate to reach out.

I look forward to your participation, and wish all prospective bidders good fortune.
