Trial of Virtues Concluded

Strife, Corruption, Morale, Tyranny, Memory:
Your Trial by Strife is complete.
Many of you claimed that an oathbreaking vagabond possesses neither right nor authority to judge you.
But I have judged you nonetheless. The majority of mortals fail the virtues to which they proclaim allegiance; making mutable doctrines that alter the necessity of painful striving to accommodate weak whims, tedious apathy, and craven avoidance.
Verily, I have the right to judge you. Every sapient given free will by Lanos' striving makes judgments of what they witness.
However, I am not the judge in a Trial by Strife. Strife is the crucible and every one of us witnesses the storm.
Thunder came, lightning struck. Your holy icons were harrowed; seals broken ruthlessly. Rivers of blood flowed through your sacred spaces. Rain washed away the crimson furrows in the earth.
Many of you strove to avoid the crucible. Others faced it bravely. And yet, by the storm's nature, it comes to you all.
Across the realm you will find posted copies of the record. I have torn the masks away and you see what lies behind them.
Witness. Judge yourselves. Judge me. I care not; the right is yours.
by my will,
Edhain Arcan
