Spirean Concerns

Sapience,
For the past two months, I have entertained offers from both the Heartwood and the Empire to bring the might of the Theocracy to bear in this pseudo-war they find themselves embroiled in. Whilst I appreciate that both sides of this conflict see the value in approaching Spinesreach for our aid, after spending a week in meditative prayer, I have made my decision: the Dragon does not concern itself with spats between rellyw that have nothing to do with its interests.
To the Tyrant of Bloodloch, I would offer this advice in good faith and friendship: Lady Tanixalthas is owed true worship, not fripperies and lip service dressed up as a concession in negotiations. If you and yours would embrace Pride, do it openly and honestly as an act of true devotion, not as a conditional offer.
To the Presiding Voice of Duiran, I would offer this advice in friendship and commiseration: Any Minister who acts on their own in a manner that drives your entire Council into a conflict and then proceeds to lose you your armies with his incompetence should be removed. The scalpel is kinder than the salve, in this case.
While the Theocracy as a whole will not be taking sides in this conflict, individual Spirean citizens are free to take the field as their own consciences guide them. Our troops, however, will only be sent to die for our concerns, not another's.
In Service to the coming Ard-Dhasani,
Csethiro Cereddi
Regent
Penned by my hand on Tisday, the 10th of Slyphian, in the year 19 AC.
