Quite Possibly A Ruse!

I will clarify a matter on behalf of the Hammer's Security Ministry.
Some of you will have had your criminal statuses waived recently. This is not generosity. This is efficiency. This is to cut back on paperwork, because some of you are not worth the parchment we use to track the minor crime of trespassing.
Undead and Vampire "visitors" to the Hammer may consider themselves to be slain on sight. This is not a new ruling, and has been a core part of Enorian City Law for well over a century, if not more.
If and when such a time comes where the Hammer relaxes its stance on publicly-accessible areas, a public posting will be made similar to this one. Until such a time, any living non-citizen visitor to the Hammer of Dawn is encouraged to keep their business to the Landward Gate, the gardens south of the Landward Gate, or the shops within the Commercial District on the west end of the city. Everywhere else, until further notice is posted, is considered prohibited.
I cannot believe I had to waste gold on this.
