Hail Aetolia.

I'm aware that many of you are confused and frustrated by the recent
changes I've made to my life. Many people have just assumed that I'm a
hypocrit or a fool, but I've done this with multiple good purposes in
mind. "This" of course being my embracement. After loyally serving House
Bahir'an for about 15 years, Grand Duchess Silmarillion agreed to take
me in as her childe. She has been very good to me and given me a fair
amount of freedom, and I trust Her as a good master. The temporary
weakness I suffered as a result of the change has also shown me who my
real friends are and who the opportunists are. To my friends, you know
who you are and I thank you. To those who thought they could take
advantage of me... it's too late for you now.

Though I'm infamous for my failed attempt to wipe out the condition
known as vampirism during the beginning of the midnight age, those who
call me a hypocrit are refusing to look at the big picture. I gave up
'slaying' shortly after I realized that none of the older methods and
none of the new ones we came up with could permanently destroy or cure a
consanguine. And believe me, we tried everything. I truly care about the
people of this world and want to defend them from the many threats
lurking in the shadows. Sometimes you have to fight fire with fire and
sacrifice a part of what you're fighting for to save the rest of it.

With this concept in mind I have, with the permission of Grand Duchess
Silmarillion, begun enthralling and embracing those whom I believe have
what it takes to join me in this quest. My 'House' will be called the
Iscariote and I will have complete control over those in it. No one is
forced to join, and it is not an easy life, but once the pact is made it
of course cannot be undone.

Iscariote are never to kill or feed upon innocent villagers or other
such sentient beings with bright auras. We oppose the Order of Haern,
which seeks to destroy civilization, and intend to oppose this
'Chakrasul' should it become a threat. We do not currently align
ourselves with any religious Order, city or guild but may take on allies
in the future.

In order to prevent an overpopulation of consanguine which could
potentially wipe out the mortal population and in turn then incapacitate
the consanguine and destroy our world, I intend to offer the services of
what should soon be our elite fighting force to the Imperium as a means
of reigning in rogue vampires.

Since they cannot possibly become a threat, I am willing to enthrall
anyone who is interested in becoming part of the Iscariote. Becoming a
full member however will not be anywhere near as easy. Mortals are
welcome to join as well... simply leave me a message or send me a tell
if you are interested.
