Sapience:

I awoke this week to find that 4-5 city-states and Djeir had fallen into a multi-faceted war, with sworn enemies standing side-by-side to face that which they could stand even less than one another.

All around me, the chaos of combat, the tenuous strain of these temporary alligences, and the amusement of Gods as we Mortals maneuver these unprecedented moments.

Truly, I am overjoyed to see that the rest of the world has left its fallow, and stands for its beliefs and survival without stumbling over old grudges, concerns about the scorn of Divinity, and to unite against a threat.

Make of it what you will, frame it how you may to swallow whatever comes of your actions, but in my eyes, the world has finally come to understand the touch of Morale, and embraced some fraction of Their Virtue. Beyond faction, beyond citizenry, beyond argument and history and Order and shame and doubt.

Truly, Morale has blessed Sapience, and its heart beats anew with vigor: may we ever seek our integrity with this determination.
