Just to make things crystal clear. Sprio has no devices. The
destructions he refers to are rooms he, himself exterminated. As far as
I can tell, he is the only one exterminating. When he refers to the word
device, he refers to himself.

You have the right to live where ever you want. Ashtan does not own
Ulangi. Therefor Ashtan cannot give it away. However. Ashtan citizens do
have the right to visit Ulangi. If some have the ability to refuvenate
and choose to do so, you do not have the right to stop them.

You do not own Ulangi any more than anyone else does.

As Freya said, grow up. As Mersalis, Freya and Irruel said, stop acting
