Though i cant speak for the city of Shallam I will voice my opinion and
ask all those who are against the abominations that are the vampires to
help me and my comrades.

I send a call to all citizens of Aetolia, to fight against Bloodloch,
its citizens and its legions of undead. It is evil, more evil than
anything the world has known. Abhorash is a plague upon the world, a
cancer that should be removed at any means necessary. I say to all those
who have honour and patriots of your cities to rise up and fight!

Shallamese and Ashtanites alike, both will need to team together to beat
this, prepare your defences, shine your blades, build your armies, ready
your defences. The vampire threat is very real and is here. I ask all
those who are interested in fighting the vampires to message me, or send
me a letter. I'm very intent on ridding the world of this threat and
will do all that is necessary.
