Addressed to: Teeh Stormwill, Winter's Dark Heart
Teani,
Little more than a week after I read your words, speaking so boldly of Spirean action backed by Spirean will, I find that you, yourself, have abandoned the fight as quickly as you joined it. Though I suppose I should not be surprised that your only contribution to this war has been a halfhearted scribble trumpeting the virtues of fighting for what you believe in, while refusing to do the very same and expecting others to do it for you.
I will impart to you a lesson you never managed to learn at the Warlord's knee. This is why He had, and will never have, any use for you and yours. Strife without action is naught but a sword without a blade. Strife without action is as hollow and brittle as the so-called heart of winter.
Be illuminated, dark and fragile heart. Bask in this sliver of the Lord's truth which will forever be beyond your grasp.
I would say I will see you upon the battlefield, but I will not.
Ever His,
Whirran Arcan-Tetzauh
