No longer will use of the Earth's might by the living be tolerated. All those that stand to make the Earth impure and spoil its strength are a scourge. It is written in the Apocalyptia:

Blessed be the earth; that which is whole and pure. Sacred be the earth; and may it e'er endure.
Honour always the earth, and you shall know its grace and taste its bounty.
Betray never the earth, lest you rouse its ire and be cast aside as grist upon the wheel.

Those of the Blood and His children will be spared. But no longer will the living be tolerated to freely use His gifts! A month from now all that use the Earth's gifts while being of the living will be branded an enemy to Earth.
