I wish to present, on behalf of Enorian, a new program of Outreach (CLANHELP OUTREACH) to the people of the realm.

The intent is to bring resources of various kinds to help people in need, be it for rebuilding, food, or otherwise. In the wake of the war, we know there is much that can be done to help people recover - and we're here to help.

We'll be scouting the lands as we can and reaching out to villages we see in need, but proactive reaching out to myself will help mobilize the team to your lands more quickly.
