As a founder of House Acerbus Ferratus I herby request your sanction to
include House Acerbus Ferratus in the Conseguine Imperium as a
non-Blooded House Minor and that our members be regarded as Citizens of
the Imperium.

House Acerbus Ferratus was founded in collaboration with Emperor
Abhorash Nehekhara sixteen years ago, in the City of Bloodloch. A scroll
that replicates his words is shown below. The House includes the
Infernals who have taken the citizenship oath within the City of
Bloodloch. During the sixteen years of coexistence, House Acerbus
Ferratus succeeded in strengthening the City by contributing to Its
finances and helping with internal and external problems including
several wars and landmarks. To date, no discrepancy has taken place
between the City Blooded and the Infernals.

We have a long standing knowledge of the Conseguine Culture and Goals,
by becoming a part of the Imperium we seek to strengthen our ties that
bind us to the Conseguine. We have read and agree to abide by the Laws
and Legacies of the Imperium.

"The Infernals, breaking with Ashtan, have made a monumental move to our
city. This shifting will bring the city strength and power. This influx
of new mortals and our current citizenship has led me to make some
decisions.

These decisions have led to the creation of the Acerbus Ferratus. This
shall be organization for mortals within the city, not unlike the
vampire houses, but not the same as it will host the living _only_. It
will be the organization to which mortals within Bloodloch who have
decided not to join a Vampire house, must join. The Infernals will have
control of the members of their clan, as it is primarily theirs.
