rogue or otherwise, fall under our dominion.

Our laws are public and our credo is simple: We are the upholders of the

We do not intend to interfere with the internal policies of member
Houses. However, when it comes to matters involving Consanguine Culture
as a whole, our word is law.

The non-Blooded may join us, if that is their desire. Within our laws
they will find the procedures for doing so.
