To whom it may concern,

The Beacon has no interest in assisting Bloodloch or the Dominion with whatever disagreement has the two of these organizations at each other's throats. However, it is being made our business, after numerous attempts and demands that citizens of mine brew a cure to force onto the Primus.

You cannot weaponize the cure even if you tried.

For any members of the Dominion who would seek to return to the Cycle willingly, and get out from under the oppressive thumb of Bloodloch, the Beacon stands ready to assist in any way we can.

Lastly, any continued attempts to forcibly subjugate the people of Moghedu, Tainhelm, Jaru, Mitrine, Raim Vale, or the Arbothian Village will be met with force. The Beacon does not tolerate slavery, and any citizens of Bloodloch found within any of these territories will be slain on sight or bountied for their heads.

This is your only warning. Be grateful any of you were even offered one.
