I, and while I can only officially speak for myself, I feel safe in supposing many others who live in Spinesreach, would like to know what those 'terms of Ceasefire' were that you were planning to present to the Chair.

I don't suppose you would be willing to detail them here, so that we can appropriately address the manner like civil people? I am, admittedly, no one of special importance, just one voice of many among the general populace.

But I would appreciate the opportunity to see what is being asked of my home in exchange for a moment to breathe, all the same.
