Your hounds chafed at your terms, and so found reason to push your city into an official declaration against the Empire, to unite.

As conflict continues to rage, our sights still remain focused upon objectives against the Council. Since Enorian has decided to toss away the bits from their mouths and involve themselves in the discord, so be it.

Let there never be a question of the Empire's might to boldly rise and fight a conflict on two fronts.
