Before I leap into a spouting of counter-propaganda, please
be advised that if you are already a converted member to
the Duiran confederacy's cause, you may skip to the end
of this message if you feel you are beyond hope. Those
supporters of the freedom fighters may read this message
if they wish, but there are no guarantees of a switching
of stances.

It is curious that members of the Duiran confederacy are
attempting to pursuade the population of Sapience through means
of herbs. This is no news to those experienced with the way
Duiran conducts its matters, and does not suprise the freedom
fighters of Sapience in the least. However, what does suprise us is
the fact that the only area targetted for tactical destruction by the
freedom fighters has been an area that has essentially been
devoid of herbs for years. With the exception of a single precision
strike, there has been no exterminations in new areas. In
common, this translates into "there have no mass destruction of
plant life since the beginning of this war." The freedom fighters are
fighting for their right to exist and live free. The Duiran confederacy
is fighting for their right to have a death grip on power. If any herb
prices rise and/or herbs become unavailable, it'll not be because of
the fighters, but rather because of the greed of the confederacy
and the despicable means they will sink to in order to attempt to
manipulate those they wish to use.

That Duiran's supporters would attempt to bring in all those they
wish to fight their battles for them is expected. Nonetheless, we
did not expect their supporters to so blatantly seek manipulation
of their own orders and cities. I do hope that Oceania told you her
circumstances were brought about by her attack of me with the
assistance of three other confederacy members, one of which was
Xon. If she wishes to drag the Order of her diety into the fray, that
is her matter. The same goes for Mat, who is a member of the
Slyphian Order, and order that has deemed me an enemy. The
involvement of your guild because of the consequences from
hostilities derived from your Order is an involvement I do hope you
have consulted members of your guild with. Make no mistake, we
do not wish animosity between the fighters and the guild of
Paladins. Any conflict between Mat and the fighters have been a
result of him supporting his Order's decision to enemy us, and we
feel that his actions of dragging his guild into the fray is a
dishonorable act as a Paladin.

Duiran asks you to look at the 'big picture.' The 'big picture' as it
stands now is that Duiran is doing whatever it can to retain its
stranglehold on its influence. They have so far failed to subjugate
the freedom fighters through might alone, and now attempt to draw
more numbers into their ranks to bolster their chances of crushing
the only people that have the courage and the will to defy their
totalitarian ways. The freedom fighters have been without Duiran
endorsed herbs for years. There are many herb suppliers that care
not for Duiran's pervasive influence, and the fighters have found
their herb problems nonexistant. They are basically telling you "If
you don't support us, you're losing herbs." Will you submit and do
their bidding? Will you humble yourself and grovel before such
tyrants just for plants? We will not. Duiran has infested too many
aspects of life with its presence. A one-power system is no
system at all.

On a more business note:

The recently new enemies of the freedom fighters of Sapience are
given the same terms of combat that this conflict has been fought
with since its beginning. All able-bodied combatants (and any
others that have acted in a manner that registers them as hostile)
may formulate non-aggression pacts at any time via means of
messaging, and are expected to follow all guidelines of
established truces once the pact has been agreed upon. This
means any combatant of the recently enemied Slyphian, Paladin,
or Kheprian organizations may apply for neutral status. As
always, neutral status is not offered to leaders of such an
organization (both official leaders and those able to alter the
enemy/nonenemy status of an individual).

Furthermore, the freedom fighters of Sapience are continuously
accepting donations from any who wish to make a contribution.
You may support the downfall of tyrants by mailing your
contribution, making contact personally, or via other means of
transport. We accept war materials such as tarots (blank or
etched), herbs, commodities, etc., as well as gold, credit, and
manpower donations. If you wish to support the freedom fighters in
another way, please make your suggestion to any freedom fighter,
and it will be rallied through our organization.

P.S. To the one who sent me a recent letter with the words
of "put <censored> gold in letter" I would like to say that
your words were encouraging, though we were rather disappointed
when the envelope was inverted and all it contained was air.
