This is a new law that was necessary because Mersalis chose to kill me
in retaliation for enforcing Ashtan law against him when he chose to
commit a murder inside Ashtan.

Those charged with enforcing the laws have the right to do so without
fear from criminals of retaliaion.

This has been enforced against Mersalis and will be enforced against
anyone else stupid enough to try this.

Anyone who murders a current or former official of Ashtan because they
disagree with a decision made by that official will suffer the same
penalty as the one in existence for committing a murder in Ashtan. This
penalty will apply whether that murder was committed inside Ashtan or
not.

This will be added to help laws ashtan as soon as the ability to edit
that file exists.
