By my imperial decree, the sunken ruins of the Nesynesfe vakh Khatafin and its immediate surroundings have been claimed under the banner of the Ophidian Empire.

Visitors and tourists are still permitted access to the ruins. As this is an ancient site of important heritage and culture to our people, proper respect must be shown at all time. Violations will result in the perpetrator(s) being immediately enemied without discourse, and their presence removed from the Empire's territory by any means necessary.
