Yes, you can all breathe a sigh of relief! This post has absolutely
nothing to do with Spirokai and I'll try to keep it short since I know
we're all exhausted of the long winded posts.

The city of Ashtan will be sponsoring a raffle this Slyphian. The raffle
items will be nooses, a hundred of them, and their item numbers will be
recorded. For each item number, a prize will be assigned. The nooses
will then be placed for sale in the Ashtan city shop. These nooses will
be priced at 1500gp each.Once the noose is purchased, the buyer will
bring their noose to me to claim their prize. To insure that no
questions will be raised as far as the prizes won, the list of item
numbers and their prizes will be given to Ashtan's patron, Lady Khepri
as well.

Everyone purchasing a noose will win a decent prize. However, we have
five grand prizes known as of right now; four 5 credit prizes and a shop
located in Ashtan. The shop being donated is located west of Outside the
Royal Blacksmith, valued at 100k. Other prizes include custom woodcraft
items, herbs, and forgings.

The nooses will go on sale this Sunday at the howling (00:00GMT) in the
Ashtan city shop, Ashtan Amenities. This shop is located north of
Outside the Royal Blacksmith. All profits from this raffle will be go
towards Ashtan's funding for a new arena. Good luck to everyone
