Recently, Hagen was hunted down, slain, decapitated, and had his head
piked, at my instigation, for the temerity to undermine the security of
Bloodloch and of the Blooded.
Now Strung, for the crime of theft from the Blooded and trespass in
Bloodloch, shall now suffer that same fate. 2500 gold awaits any who
enact the sentence upon him.
Any who declare themselves Vampire-hunter, and thus dare to insult the
Blooded, shall incur the lesser sentence of Contempt, and shall be
bountied, from my own fortune, for 1000 gold a head.
