Greetings fellow Aetolians,

I hope the time of this reading finds you in good health.

This post is to inform all Aetolians of the latest laws and edicts that
have been deliberated by the citizens of Shallam. Effective immediately,
all wormholes, inner city to outer city, must first be approved by the
ruling council of the city-state of Shallam and the Sultan. All
wormholes inner-city to inner-city must also be approved before the
building of the wormhole may begin. Unauthorized wormholes will be
destroyed immediately without notice and further action may be taken
against the parties breaking the law. Ignorance is not a valid excuse.

All existing wormholes have been eliminated.
