When Shallam was 'young' as some would call it and we were only just
beginning to become organized, vampires loved to raid our city. They
would kill our citizens left and right and at one point even demanded
that we sacrifice people to them or that they would destroy it. Shallam
however grew stronger, a city guard was formed and put into action and
those aggressive creatures have not been seen within the city for a long
time now. But they are still out there, and now apparently the tables
have turned.

As a Vizier of Shallam and the leader of the Paladins, I speak for many
citizens and knights who desire vengeance on said abominations. With
this in mind, a group of vampire hunters has been organized, and we give
the following creatures six months to pay their fines to Shallam and
agree never to act aggressively within it's walls again or we will
declare holy war on them and all who try and fail to defend them.

The beasts going by said names have six months to pay their fines-

Khayyin
Abhorash
Paracelsus
Diad
Levith
Utansi
Satus
Tzevi

Our crusade will begin in six months against all those who have not
donated to the city's coffers to make up for the prior loss that they've
caused us.
