It seems very clear that forming a new house isn't going to truely solve
the problems this world is facing.
And I say world because this is no longer a Vampire problem. Mortals
also are in danger.
Unless there is a way to strip those who are making mortals Blooded
without a Houses approval.
As in strip i mean to remove them from the Blooded. This problem will
remain.
Already Mortal numbers are droping way to fast. The Blooded will be all
that remains.
You do not need another house, what is needed is for both sides of this
little unspoken war to agree to one thing.
To close the doors on new Blood. Both you Abhorash, and you
Kauller...need to make it clear to everyone that those that make new
blood will be hurt bad.
Unless you both can find a way to work together on this i see no hope in
there being a way to stop this out brake of over spawning.
I'm begging you both to put aside your Pride for once, and work
together. If you do not find that way to work together on this the WORLD
is doomed. Mortal kind shall be nothing but a memory at this rate.

I'm not on either side of your fighting...But I'm looking at this from
afar. I'm asking thy Queen Belladona herself to take charge if need
be...this must come to an end and quickly before all mortals are
blooded.
