Silmarillion,

It seems clear at least in my eyes that the Emperor in no manner
intended to insult the loyalty or pride of those Houses whom have
remained loyal to those ideals that He has held as important to the True
Blood of the Queen Mother. Had he desired to do as such, he surely would
not have referred in his post to Houses Bahir'an, Nebre'seir, Voltaire,
and D'Baen as those Houses spawned from House Nehekhara.

Rather, it seems more likely that Lord Abhorash in his subtle way
implied that the sullied blood that he wishes to purge lies in those who
no longer remain loyal to Lady Belladona, the Progenitress of the entire
Consanguic Race. For truly, is it not sullied blood that denies its own
Creator? As those who deny their true loyalties spread, so thins the
blood of the Queen Mother. Lord Abhorash wishes, as have I and I am
hopeful my brother Zoharim wishes as well, to stem the growing flow of
dirtied blood, not by destroying that Blood utterly, but by cleansing it
of that which sullies it in the first place, the blasphemous denial of
inherent loyalty to the Queen Mother and his Imperial Majesty.

To that end does Lord Abhorash seek to find the most loyal and strongest
willed of Mortals as the future progenitors of a pure Consanguic race.
Truly, there are many among us who remain of the True Blood, yourself
and many of House Bahir'an included, but it would be a folly to deny
that impurities do exist, and those impurities must, as all impurities,
be treated, or destroyed, in order to further purify the Blood. I am
certain that it is with hopes of achieving such a purity that Lord
Abhorash has thus established House Nehekhara, and I trust fully in his
judgement as my Sire and my Emperor.
