Public News Post #50

My choice

Written by: Infernal Squire Elisandria, Ward of Templar
Date: Wednesday, October 31st, 2001
Addressed to: Proud Occultic, Aquifn Cir'Tein

I apologize to everyone who does not want to read about this issue but
as an Infernal I feel that Aquifn's public post has to be given a public
reply.
Many accusations rise in your post, dear Aquifn, many of which are not
true. You speak and quote as if you could judge the Guild's actions.
I find it hard to believe you understand the Infernals as you have never
taken their vow. If you had, you woud've known that to us, the
Infernals, our Guild comes first.
You speak of the honour that we lack, but yet the city that you are a
minister of, has chosen without a trial, and without a previous law of
punishment to the incident, to label a person as Traitor and Enemy.
The so called democracy of Ashtan was quickly replaced by the angry who
jumped at the opportunity to justify their power.
I find no lack of honour in chosing to stand up for your guild, and I
see no weakness in one's choice to leave a city in which he can not even
enter his own guild hall. the Infernals never swore anything to Ashtan,
and I find Templar's actions as looking into the best interest for the
Guild.
And this is why, I Elisandria, chose to follow my Guild to any
enviroment that reimburses our quest honour, strength, and darkness.

for Infernal Darkness and Severity,
Elisandria

Penned by my hand on the 5th of Arios, in the year 55 MA.
