Avoid attacking and killing newbies.

No guild has taken a stand on this conflict. Do not attack someone just
because he or she is a member of a guild that has its guildhall within a
city. These guildmembers may not be citizens of that city and may not be
seeking a part in this conflict.

Keep in mind that killing someone because he or she 'insulted' you or
your 'honour' is at the least risking condemnation for having violated
various rules. It is also petty behavior that shows just how little you
really care about your honour.
