The city-state of Spinesreach has recently rewritten the entire HELP
LAWS SPINESREACH scroll. I ask that everyone please reads through
briefly, as everyone will be held to the laws within. In particular, I
wish to note that the city-state of Spinesreach has and always given
protection to the village of Tasur'ka, the trolls of Hashan, and the
village of Mrenadh, and hunting within any of these locations will evoke
a swift death on all offending parties.

All previous offenders of Spirean law will still hold all previous
convictions against the city-state of Spinesreach. In short, if a fine
is smaller then you were originally convicted for, your fine will stay
the same regardless.

Ignorance of our laws will not be excusable. Thank you.
