Greetings!

Enorian has brought into effect a law that prohibits mounts from being
left unattended within the city. Enorian provides stables where your
mounts can be left, south and west of Hakhim, I believe.

In one years time, on the 1st of Severin, 241 MA, those that leave their
mounts within the city will be subject to the law, for punishments on
leaving your mounts within the city, or if you wish to read more about
