Greetings all.

I come to announce Shallam's most likely permanent withdrawl from the
war. While I myself do not with is, a majority of people do. I
apparently am shamed as I did not consult my council well enough and
made a hasty decision. Apologies to them. Personally, myself and others
of Shallam will still rebel against Bloodloch in whatever way we can. It
is just not an official thing anymore.

I am keeping this short as I am biting my tongue. Farewell all, and my
you think me not as a traitor.
