My! What a surprise.

I wake up from a somewhat prolonged slumber, to find, among various
other things, that I am once again able to make concoctions. Who cares,
you ask? Duiran does. The monopoly has a new name: conjurations (? Is
that what it is now? Magi enchantments are so much easier) and.. ..er,
knock-off venoms (!) whos name I havn't even bothered learning. Well
done there, Forestals...er.. Light-Aligned Magi/Syssin, I suppose you
are now.

Now, -finally- Spinesreach will earn nothing from selling Enorian and
Ashtan ANY venoms or ANY enchantments. The fate of venoms and
enchantments given to these cities belongs with you, Duiran. And what
are you going to do? Sell them venoms and enchantments. Probably at
discount prices too.

Why?
This is almost as good as concoctions. When YOU were the sole providers
of sustenance to the undead, you said, "Should we sell to them?" when
you SHOULD have been saying, "Should we sell to anybody?." How better to
bring down cities than to monopolize your advantage! Before the undead
even learned to use reanimation to cure themselves, you should have just
tucked your herbs into your caches and planted trees while everybody in
the world was forced to sleep, meditate and touch tree tattoos to cure
themselves. Not only would that take care of those Undead you guys hate
so much, but every-other-citizen-in-the-world.

Because, that's what you guys hate, right? Cities?
Or are you guys just a leafy extension of one now?
I forget, I'm getting so senile.

And sure, Wylliam, Fanico, (and Xon, if you're done quivering over the
last post you made. Very astute, by the way) I'm sure you're all ready
to grab your big oakwood quills and say, "Your corrupt ideas are ba-ad,
Ba-ad Tarinn Lee, you're enemied again," but, honestly, why was your
'organization' made in the first place? To be united against-- Undeath?
No. That can't be it. I could have sworn you guys were the anti-city,
tree loving, neutral claiming ones. Anti-City, do you guys remember
that? When Ashtan is under attack, you are supposed to light a pipe and
watch and say, "Who cares? Less work for us."

Well, I guess you're doing it anyway (still. I don't expect THAT much
change), just not for that reason.

Corrupt? No! It's your GOAL. It's what you guys wanted to do IN THE
FIRST PLACE. Right? Remind me again when you guys cared about corruption
and darkness, because that doesn't seem very "Rhythm-y" to me, or very
"Renewal-y" to me.

So, here's the plan, Benandanti, and my scribe has written a lot to get
us here.

Duiran, oh ye leaf-ed and green:
Don't sell venoms. Don't sell enchantments. To anyone.
Don't support any city. Any of them. If Bloodloch decides to crush the
hell out of Enorian, shrug your shoulders.
One less city, Right?
Attack people who invade your forests with their needs: They take from
YOUR wilds to strengthen THEIR cities. Ba-d, Ba-ad concocting Paladins
and Syssin.

So. Think it over, yell at me in following posts. I don't care.
Everybody knows that Brunneng is the only one who -actually- wants
Duiran to separate from the cities anyway.
