Alain -

Clearly, you are not aware of the inner workings of your city. I care
not about having a shrine to Auresae within the city of Spinesreach - in
fact, I don't want one there.

What I do care about is Spinesreach declaring a large group of areas,
including several hunting grounds, as their own personal property, and
destroying shrines they do not like there. Spinesreach has no claims
over these lands, and I know from my own personal conversation with Sir
Gladius in Fengard's Keep that he rejects the authority of Spinesreach
over the Keep. King Bokag of Hashan has been spoken with, and he also
rejects the authority.

The actions I, and those who support this movement, have taken, have
been taken due to necessity. Spinesreach's tyranny over the surrounding
villages will not be tolerated, and until such time as they allow their
surrounding villages their own sovereignty, we will continue to raise
our shrines as they are destroyed, and we will continue to destroy those
of the Spirean advisory. Niuri's order has no shrines left save those
within cities. Which order is next? When will we strike? Spinesreach has
the full ability to end this conflict, by rescinding their foolishly
declared imperative. The Orders who's shrines are being destroyed can
leave the city of Spinesreach and our efforts will cease.

Personally, if Enorian drug my Order into a conflict without my
approval, I'd be raising hell and high water. But, then, I give a damn.
To those that have complained, such as Neoma, you have the power to
change things. Your Gods are on the Advisory for a reason - you comprise
the citizenry of Spinesreach.

Only you can make a difference. We did not seek this conflict. We do not
tell the Arbothians who's shrines they can have in their territories,
nor do we tell the Jaruvians. We protect them, yes, and I do not care if
Spinesreach decides to protect their neighboring communities. The status
quo can be restored, and our shrines left alone, or we can continue our
actions.
