To the Syssin of the realm,

I have decided to make my offer even more welcoming than it previously
was, thanks to Mahakala.

The new offer now includes the following clause:

Bloodloch will also accept rogue living Syssin as allies, no fees will
be charged. Beyond this however, the city shall defend those who take
this step from the guild that would hunt them for their actions.

The only condition which applies is simply this - Should you have a
history with the city, or should the city have an issue with you, we
could refuse you ally status. So it would be best to approach myself and
ask before you act hastily.
