Bloodloch has recently obtained a milking room of its own and whilst it
will open for any to use, provided they are not city enemies, I have an
additional offer to make to the members Syssin guild.

I have heard that some of you are not happy with guild leadership or
guild policies. So to those of you my offer is this:

If you join the ranks of the undead, then Bloodloch will accept you as
allies and citizens (provided you have no history with the city and are
not part of Ve'kahi or other organizations we do not accept) with no fee
charged for either.

Beyond this, you will be supported and defended by Bloodloch, from those
of your guild who take it upon themselves to hunt you for your actions.

Moving on, most current Syssin allies can expect to be enemied - The
exceptions here of course are shop owners and those who have helped
Bloodloch within the past. The reason for this is pretty simple overall,
you have no reason to be allied. More so whilst your guild runs with its
'We hate Corruption' garbage.

Finally, the milking room itself is located east of Enzo within the
city's market district.
