House Lunare,

As per the decision reached by members of the Spinesreach Council, all
of your non-guilded members are no longer be welcome and recognised as
citizens of the Citadel.

House Lunare was given chances in the past to prove to the Spires, that
they need not be a cause of concern to the Leadership. However, in
recent issues, it seems that the organisation has shown itself quite
contrary to this.

With the House proving to be a threat to the city, the decision was
made, and passed by a majority of those who attended the meeting.
