This is a warning to all. If you aid him, you will become an enemy to
House Lunare and actively hunted until you pay a hefty fine. If you
harbor him, you will be enemied to House Lunare and you will be actively
hunted until you pay a hefty fine.

Tarnin started this war with House Lunare, and those of you who aid him
are dying for a hopeless cause. He's been given many chances to try to
work things out and refuses to do so. He attacks only those who are
incapable of fighting back and when those that can fight back show up,
he runs and hides like the coward he is. He is a useless, pathetic,
waste of space and anyone aiding him will pay his price to House Lunare.

Don't find yourself dying for someone who is too much of a coward to
fight his own battles after starting them. It's a really stupid reason
to die, don't you think? If he's willing to sacrifice his allies for
some ignorant fight he's decided to drag on and on, what kind of an ally
does that make him? House Lunare has attempted on more than one occasion
to reason with him. Reasoning, however is now done. The Dark Defenders
of House Lunare shall protect their allies. And all that aid Tarnin in
his stupidity will feel their wrath. And all that they love shall suffer
the consequences as well. Think twice before getting yourself involved
in this. Because I won't be accepting any bowing out. If you step into
this, you are in it for the long haul.

As of right now, I will be accepting, for two months only, an apology
from those who have already aided Tarnin in his personal fight against
Lunare. Along with that apology a fine of 10,000 gold will get your name
removed from the hunting list. The only ones this offer doesn't apply to
are those still currently harboring Tarnin.
