This is a public notice to inform everyone that knife and cube sigils
are banned enchantments. The Magi guild will not be make nor sell these
enchanments to anyone. Orb and Eye sigils are restricted enchantments.
The Magi guild may make these enchantments and sell them to the public,
but at no discount, and under certain circumanstances, depending on the
purpose and use. These type of enchantments have the name of the person
who created them, the unique number of the enchantment and the person
who it was sold to kept on record. These two enchantments, though may be
sold, may not be re-sold under any circumstances. If the Magi guild
finds that restricted enchantments are being re-sold, then the offender
will be banned from purchasing any type of enchantment in the future.


This policy has been effect for years, but apparently some people do not
realise this. There should be no excuses now.
